We had clean rooms that were very pleasant, but the internet was a bit slow, which put a damper on our stay overall.

And after a night of sleepless noise, i expected a room upgrade for all my troubles but, of course, that was too much to ask. honestly, i almost posted a good review but just couldn’t.

Prompt cleaning services were appreciated during our stay.

Check-in was fraught with issues. the staff seemed unwelcoming and unprofessional. Our card was charged incorrectly multiple times, leading to confusion and frustration. We felt completely dissatisfied with the lack of clear communication about our payments.

One morning I grabbed a coffee from the Bistro, made with Starbucks, which helped kick off my day. The location made it easy to explore the nearby towns and attractions during my travels in the U.S. as I love taking road trips with my partner.

The check-in experience was not smooth and could be improved. I noticed some cleanliness issues in the room and areas outside the room.

The room layout was fine, featuring big windows that let the sunshine in and created a cozy vibe. I loved how spacious the desk area was. It inspired my creativity. The open shower concept in the bathroom was genius, with an extra nook for my things and a platform for shaving my legs, it was such a thoughtful touch!

It was just an appropriate option for exploring town with fantastic value for money. The bed was comfortable, which was a relief after a long day. Remember to double-check your room supplies on arrival.

Wi-fi was slow, but the welcome drink was a nice touch. Fitness center was decent.

The staff was super friendly and always remembered our names! We enjoyed the bar/lounge area, which added a nice vibe to our evenings. The location was incredibly convenient—only a minute away from dining and shopping options (so handy! ).

However, it would have been great if the breakfast had more variety to choose from.
